I have always cared deeply about nature, and in my art I aim to spread understanding, love, and respect for the environment we all live in. This piece exists as an expression of what I felt when handling and examining coyote skulls that were part of a study on how increasing urbanization has affected coyote morphology in the pacific northwest. We vertebrates all contain skulls of our own, and each of our skulls reflect the growing and changing world we live in; as does the rest of our body and mind.
